Behind this book
As a Veterinarian in Sydney, I felt the love pet parents had for their cats at every stage of life in the clinic, from playful kittenhood to the lap-warming elderly years.
I grew up believing cats were devoid of personality and affection, unlike dogs. But when I met Spicy, an adorable foster kitten who leapt into his hands and heart, I found myself inspired to showcase cats as they really are.
The result is my latest book, titled Cats are Family Sydney, a beautifully printed 137-page experience that features cats of the capital city with their families.
